The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities is a top-10 public research institution, offering a comprehensive range of 150 undergraduate programs and over 200 graduate programs. In addition, the Minnesota English Language Program (MELP) offers a full time English program and support to enrolled students. Our campus in Minneapolis/St. Paul is both beautiful and metropolitan, providing opportunities to experience the arts, sports, the outdoors, and internships.

Last year, the University of Minnesota Twin Cities received over $1 billion in research funding and students are involved in research at all levels. The retractable seat belt, the pacemaker, in-flight tracking systems and the Honeycrisp apple were all invented here!
